In order to meet the diverse needs of its clients, PBS holds six contracting licenses in the province of Quebec. They are as follows:

GENERAL CONTRACTOR CATEGORY
Residential building class I (4041)

Public, commercial and industrial buildings (4050.1)

All types of shelters(4050.2)

SPECIALIZED CONTRACTOR CATEGORY

Building painting (4240.1)

Excavation and landscaping (4280)

Building demolition(4283.1)

PBS also conforms to Ontario guidelines, holding all required permits, licenses and certificates.
